latest by 16.07.2013 at 17 hrs. The application can also be dropped in the Box kept in the office of GM(P). The box shall finally be closed at 17.00 hrs. on 16.07.2013. After this date and time no application will be entertained.
An additional passport size identical photograph as affixed on the Application form, with name & address at back side of photograph is required.
Each candidate will attach attested photocopies of their relevant certificates and testimonials along with the application form. Incomplete application or with over-writing/erasing or not supported by attested copies of certificates/testimonials, caste certificate on prescribed form (In case of SC/ST/OBC candidates only) will be rejected. No correspondence in respect of the application submitted shall be entertained by this office from any individual.
