Eligibility
(i) Section Officers/Sr. Section Officers of Traffic Accounts Deptt. having five years work experience in Traffic Accounts office.
(ii) Candidates should possess qualification of B. Com(Hons.) OR B. A./Economics(Hons.), preference will be given to the candidates possessing the qualification of MBA/PG Diploma in Finance
Specific requirement
(i) Knowledge of concept/methodology of appraisal of Railway investment projects, calculation of rolling stock requirement, calculation of working expenses, apportionment of revenue, calculation of financial internal rate of returns. under FDC/FCVC method, thorough knowledge of performance, parameters as GTKM, WTR, ‘wagon days, ETKM, etc.
(ii) Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, power point etc.
