Notification For Manager Post Vacancy – Rail Vikas Nigam Limited
Filling up the posts in Finance Department of RVNL in various scales of pay in the grade of E-3 to E-4 (IDA pattern) on Permanent Absorption Basis for PIU-Rishikesh in RVNL.
It is proposed to fill up the 1 (One) post of Manager (E-3 Grade, pay scale Rs. 60000-180000 (Revised) / Senior Manager (E-4 Grade, pay scale Rs.70000-200000 (Revised)) (IDA Pattern) in Finance Department on IMMEDIATE PERMANENT ABSORPTION BASIS. The selected candidates will be posted at PIU Rishikesh in RVNL. The detailed specifications/ requirements of the post are enclosed as Annexure-I.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
For Absorption
- For serving Railway Officials including those working on deputation in RVNL or in any other PSUs.
- Manager (Finance), E-3 Grade (IDA Scale Rs. 60000-180000/- (Revised). Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-2 scale Rs.9300-34800 with GP-Rs. 5400 or in level 8 in 7th CPC. in Gazetted Cadre.
- Senior Manager (Finance), E-4 Grade (IDA Scale Rs. 70000-200000 (Revised).
- Candidate working in the relevant discipline in the substantive Grade PB-3 scale Rs. 15600-39100 with GP Rs.6600 or in level 11 in 7th CPC. or GP Rs.5400 / in level 10 in 7th CPC. (with 04 years’ service in Group ‘B’)
About RVNL
The Company was incorporated in New Delhi as a public limited company on January 24, 2003 as “Rail Vikas Nigam Limited” with the RoC under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company was issued its certificate of commencement of business on February 18, 2003. Further, the Company has been conferred the status of ‘Schedule A-Public Sector Enterprise’.
The MoR vide letter dated September 19, 2013 bearing reference no. 2010/PL/52/1, conveyed the approval of the DPE granting the Company the status of ‘Category Miniratna Company’.
For Ex-Railway Official
- Ex-Railway officials can also apply, if they have either resigned or taken voluntary retirement from Railway service but not compulsory or prematurely retired from Railway service and/or are working elsewhere in the similar fields. However, Ex-Railway official’s eligibility for the position in RVNL will be reckoned with reference to their last Grade Pay/ Position as mentioned above.
- Age should not be above 57 years of age as on the date of issue of above notification.
- The applicant should not only be technically suitable but also be physically fit enough to work at Projects Sites.
- The selected candidates will be offered position in RVNL on permanent absorption basis with respect to his eligibility vis-a-vis his last position in Railways and length of servicLs per the RVNL Rules.
- Compensation Package: Company offers attractive Pay and other allowances/fringe benefits attached to the post/grade as per IDA pattern scale of pay. The selected candidates will be posted at any of the above locations where RVNL is executing Railway Projects as stated above. It is also made clear that no request for posting / transfer will be entertained.
