RITES Ltd., a premier consultancy organization proposes to recruit suitable technical personnel in the following grades and disciplines to meet their requirements. Applications are invited from dynamic and result oriented professionals for the following posts on regular and permanent absorption basis in the level of Dy.General Manager / Jt. General Manager in Electrical disciplines, Dy.General Manager in Personnel discipline & Architects in Arch. disciplines. Candidates have good prospects of growth in the Company. Reservations for SC/ST/OBC / Ex- Serviceman and Physically Handicapped persons would be provided as per extant Govt. Orders.
Minimum 09 years’ post qualification experience in Electrical Field, out of which at least 03 years in Railway Electrification Design & construction or Maintenance of OHE or both The candidate should have worked at least 05 years in Managerial position.
Minimum 16 years’ post qualification experience in Electrical field, out of which at least 04 years in Railway Electrification Design & Construction or Maintenance of OHE or both. The candidate should have worked at least 08 years in Managerial position.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in supervisory capacity in the field of Human Resources Development / Talent Acquisition, Retention and Management, Skill Development / Competency and Leadership Development / Performance Management, HR Branding / Employees Relations etc. in a Govt. Department/ Central/ State PSUs, Autonomous Bodies or firm of repute having not less than 500 employees, out of which at least 5 years should be in Managerial position (i.e. GP of Rs.4800/- and above in CDA scale of pay and equivalent in IDA scale
of pay for Govt./PSU employees) Architects Minimum 02 years post qualification work experience as an Architect.

3. Candidates not fulfilling the minimum laid down criteria advertised with respect to educational qualifications, age, and experience for selection to the respective post, would not be able to register online.
