List of the candidates whose representations have been considered for the Written Examination for the post of Assistant Manager (Operations) /AM(HR) /AM(Stores) / AM(Legal) on Direct Recruitment basis in DMRC.
We had published the list of shortlisted candidates on 28/08/2012 for the Written Examination for the post of Assistant Manager (Operations)/AM(HR)/AM(Stores)/AM(Legal) on our Web site . In each category post(s), some candidates were found ineligible due to the reasons mentioned against their name. Such candidates were requested to represent their cases against any omission or commissions that had taken place while making them ineligible.
The representation of the following candidates have been considered based on the documents submitted by them on the mail and the Management has allowed them to appear in the written examination scheduled on 30/09/2012, a few of them provisionally, and they can also download their admit card on or after 18/09/2012.

The candidates whose representation had no merits are being communicated on their mails. Please be further informed that if any candidate does not meet the educational Qualification, Age etc. as prescribed in the advertisement No DMRC/PERS/ 22/ 2012(40) dated 10/07/2012, their candidature will be liable for rejection at the time of interview even after clearing the written examination. It is in the interest of the candidate(s) that they should further check that they meet all the Eligibility/ Educational Qualification conditions as stipulated in the aforesaid advertisement.
2) The candidates who have represented for spelling corrections in (i) Name (ii) Father’s name and DOB etc as uploaded on the web site , each case is being looked into and necessary action would be taken based on the particulars filled in the in the application form submitted by them .
