- Click on the “Sports Quota ONLINE/E-Registration/filling Application. Information to Candidate
- Candidate Registration • Fill the detail i e Name, Community, Category, Mobile No., Email ID & Date of Birth and submit. On successful registration candidate will get Password for login subsequently using Email ID.
- Pay Online Fee & on successful transaction “Candidate Dashboard containing Application Form, Upload Photo of Signature/Thumb Impression and Application Details/ Print will appear.
- Enter the examination fee payment transaction ID, verify it and fill the Application Form. Save Detail, Edit if required and then finally save detail.
- Candidate Dashboard appears again containing Application Form, Upload Photo/Signature/Thumb Impression and Application Details/ Print.
- Now dick on upload Photo link in the “Candidates Dashboard” and Photograph, Signature & Thumb Impression having size 10 to 50KB in jpg format & Save Images and upload certificates like :- caste, educational & sports etc. Now candidate can take print of application & Fee payment slip for candidate purpose record only.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Merely Registering/filling up online application on RRC website does not entitle the candidate being eligible for Selection process. All the recruitment against Open Advertisement quota shall be at the minimum of scale of pay in the Pay Matrix.
- Specific post and place of posting will be decided by the Northern Railway administration at the time of offering appointment to the selected candidate.
- No relaxation in education shall be permissible.
- No age relaxation for any candidate shall be permitted in any circumstances.
- No post is reserved for SC, ST, and OBC, However the candidates claiming to belong to SC/ST/OBC communities are required to upload copy of self attested Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.
- Railway Administration reserves the rights to recruit eligible candidates.
- The decision of Railway Administration on all matters relating to eligibility, place, date, mode of selection, acceptance or rejection, recommendation of post, place of posting, grade etc. shall be final and binding on the candidates. Northern Railway Administration reserves the right to decide the number of sports persons to be selected for any individual/team game depending upon their requirement for that sports and availability of suitable candidates fulfilling the norms.
- The short listed eligible candidates may be required to stay for 4 to 5 days at the trial venue for the selection procedure for which they will have to make their own arrangements.
- Candidates already employed in Govt. Service should submit Online Application with NOC from the Employer, without which application shall be summarily rejected at any stage.
- The candidature of the applicants shall be liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment in case of concealment of any fact, which is in contravention to the above laid down conditions. The decision of the Railway Administration shall be final and binding on the candidates.
