Selection Process
There will be no interviews. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of a merit list formed on the basis of marks secured in the essential educational qualification. Candidates should mention percentage in the fields where percentage is required without rounding off. The percentage obtained in the essential qualification as mentioned in the consolidated mark sheet issued by the University/Institution will be considered; where no consolidated mark sheet is issued, the final percentage will be calculated by taking the average of all semesters/years.
Where CGPA/OGPA/DGPA is mentioned in mark sheets and the university/institute does not provide for conversion into percentage, a minimum of 6 on a 10-point scale will be considered as 60%, and scores on any other scale will be prorated accordingly. Where conversion norms exist, the equivalent percentage must be indicated in the online application as per the university/institute norms, and a certificate to that effect may be obtained and produced at the time of document verification.
Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and through uploading of the list on the IRCON website. They must produce all original testimonials and certificates at the time of verification.
