Application are invited from Medical Graduates for 01 (One) post of House Surgeons (General Medicine) for the Central Hospital-DLW/Varanasi.
Walk-in – Interview for the above posts has been fixed on 16-07-2013 Willing and eligible candidates should report at 10.00 hrs. on 16-07-2013 in General Manager (P) Office. Candidates must bring required documents like all professional mark sheets of M.B.B.S., Interenship completion certificate. If worked in Railway Hospital prior to this, certificates of the same should also be enclosed. One pass port size photograph should also be enclosed. Photocopies of the certificates should be attested by Gazetted Officer. Certificate of High School should also enclose for verification of date of birth.
Eligibility:
The candidate should essentially be M.B.B.S. from recognized Medical College and should have completed the internship by the date of this advertisement. Candidate, who applying for the above posts should be registered by Medical Council of India (Certificate of registration by M.C.I. should be enclosed).The age of candidate as on 18-06-2013 must be 35 yrs. or less. Upper age limit for Scheduled Cast/ Scheduled Tribes candidates shall have a relaxed of 05 years.
Duration:
The duration of House job will be one year, which on the basis of satisfactory performance of the House Surgeon/ Physician can be extended but the total duration not more than 02 yrs.
Pay & other facilities:
Pay Band 15,600-39,100+GP-5400/- (Basic Pay = 15,600/- + 5400/- = 21,000/-)+ Dearness Allowance equal to that given by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the Medical Residents+ 25% of the basic Pay (i.e. 5250/-) will be given NPA (Non Practice Allowance). Facilities, related to housing, leave Medical facilities and Privilege passes will be provided as per rules. The contract can also be terminated by Railway at any time during the contract by giving 14 days notice without assigning any reasons whatsoever

No private practice will allow during the contract period.
