RITES is maintaining the railway-related assets of several prominent PSUs (Power Houses, Steel Plants, Ports etc.). RITES is now also undertaking maintenance of rolling stock of several reputed companies in the Private sectors as well. While majority of staff utilized at these sites is RITES permanent staff or retired Railway staff engaged on contract, RITES supplements its requirement of manpower for these operation and maintenance activities by drawing capable maintenance staff from Railways on deputation or absorption.
In order to form a fresh panel of suitable staff for the operation and maintenance projects
which are likely to be commenced in the current and next year (2017-18), applications are being invited from the willing, dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced supervisors of Diesel Locomotives and C&W for joining RITES in following categories on
deputation or on permanent absorption basis:
Name of the Post:Supervisor (Dsl. Mech.)
No of Post:05
Qualification: Must be working as AME/SSE
Experience:Governor, FIP, Air Brake, Expressor, Power Pack, Turbo Super Charger and Major/Minor Schedules. (Minimum 10 yrs experience)
Name of the Post:Supervisor (Dsl. Elect.)
No of Post:04
Qualification: Must be working as AME/SSE
Experience:Control Panel, Relay Testing, Elect.Cards, Contractors and trouble shooting. (Minimum 10 yrs experience)
Name of the Post: Supervisor (C&W)
No of Post:5
Qualification: Must be working as AME/SSE
Experience: POH/ROH of BOBRN Wagons
JOINING TIME AND TRANSFER ALLOWANCE BENEFITS: The staff will be given joining time when proceeding on and returning from deputation and accordance with the rules. Transfer allowances and incidental expenses admissible for the journeys both ways as per Company rules.
MEDICAL FACILITIES:
The staff will be eligible for medical reimbursement facilities in accordance with the Rules of the Company. He may be allowed at his own option to avail Railway medical facilities.
PRIVILEGE PASSES:
Railway will continue to all to the staff the benefit to Passes and PTO sets etc. during the period of deputation.
LEAVE & RETIREMENTS BENEFITS:
During deputation the staff will continue to be governed by the leave and retirement benefits Rules applicable to them as Railway employee.
SUBSCRIPTION TOWARDS GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME:
The staff will be governed under the Group insurance scheme as applicable in the Railways
