On the basis of written Exam conducted on 29.05.2016 for the the post of, CMA (Lab Staff Mechanical/Electrical). SM-II (S&T) and SM-III (S&T), Cat. No. ALL of GDCE-NCR, candidates with the following Roll Nos. have provisionally been found eligible for being called for document verification scheduled to be held on 24.11.2016 at the office of Railway Recruitment Cell, Balmiki Chauraha, Nawab Yusuf Road, Allahabad.

In addition to the actual vacancies, 30% extra candidates (Wherever available) are provisionally called for “Verification of certificates & Genuineness of Candidature” (As Stand by Candidates). These additional candidates are being called as wait listed over & above the number of vacancies primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel due to absenteeism of selected candidates etc. if any. It should be noted by the candidates that merely calling for the “Verification of documents & Genuineness of candidature” does not in any way, entitle them for an empanelment
Call letters are being sent to the candidates by registered post, but even in case of non-receipt of intimation by post, candidates are hereby directed to report on the specified date. 1. Candidates must bring their original certificates in support of their date of birth, qualification, caste, NOC etc in original along with attested/self attested copies & 2 recent photographs. 2. The OBC candidates must bring the original OBC certificates enclosed with the application ( if asked for) as well as latest OBC certificate not more than one year old. The OBC certificates should have the non-creamy layer clause and should be as per format prescribed in Notification. 3. Candidates must ensure that their name, name of father and other particulars in their original certificates must match with entries made in their application form. In case of spelling difference in candidate’s name/father’s name in various certificates an affidavit to the effect these name are of same person should be produced. 1. SC/ST/OBC candidates must ensure that the address mentioned in their caste certificates tally with the entries of permanent address made by them in their application forms. 5. Employee ID. 6. Letter from controlling officer for attending the document verification.
Important Note:
Beware of the touts who may misguide the candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRC exams is fully transparent and the selection is based purely on the merit of candidates. While every care has been taken in preparing the above result, the possibility of inadvertent errors can not be ruled out. The Cell reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
