Rail Vikas Nigam Limited(RvNL), a mini -ratna PSU under the ministry of railways for fast track execution of rail projects, requires the service of engineering Degree holders having valid Gate 2015 or 2016 scores for engagement in civil, electrical & Single & Telecommunication Departments of rvnl on contract basis for its Project Implementation Units(PIUs) located all over India. The engagement of successful candidate will be on contract basis(and not on regular basis) only initially for a period of three years , which may be extended further based on the performance of the candidate and the project requirement.
Instructions to Candiates appearing for screening for the post of Site Engineer from 11th to 14th jan.,at Bhopal
• Interview for the posts of Site Engineers in Civil, Electrical & S&T disciplines on contract basis would be held from 11.01.2017 to 14.01.2017 at The Mark Hotel & Club, NH 12, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal (M.P.).
• Candidates are requested to kindly see RVNL website at www.rvnl.org under Career Opportunities to see the detailed schedule and note their respective reporting date and time.
• While efforts would be made to interview the candidates as per the interview schedule, candidates would also be required to stay for a day or two in case their turn for interview does not occur on the designated day. Outstation candidates may kindly  make arrangements for their stay and travel accordingly.
• The Shortlisted candidates would have to be present at the reporting time mentioned against their name
• Candidates would have to make their travel  arrangements and no reimbursement of journey tickets would be made by RVNL
• Candidates who have been shortlisted purely on the basis of GATE 2015 OR 2016 Scores as mentioned in their application form have to produce attested copies of their valid GATE 2015 OR 2016 Score Card issued by the ITT.
• Candidates have to bring in their original educational certificates in support of their age, qualifications, Graduation Degree certificate (including provisional certificate), GATE score, Aadhar Card etc along with a set of its self-attested photo copies. The originals will be returned immediately after verification
• During verification, if any of the information is found to be incorrect or if the candidate is found to have not qualified GATE 2015 OR 2016 Exam or the candidate is not able to produce attested copies of GATE 2015 OR 2016 Exam or if it is found that the candidate has not completed his Engineering Graduation in Engineering , such candidates will be treated as disqualified and not be allowed to appear for Screening.
• RVNL reserves the right to verify the GATE Scores mentioned by the candidates and if the same is found to be false such candidates would be summarily disqualified and not allowed to appear for screening.
• Candidates are requested not to overcrowd the venue of Interview before their designated ‘Reporting Time’
• No candidate would attempt to bring in any outside influence and if it is found that any candidate tries to bring in an outside influence such candidates would be summarily disqualified
• Candidates are requested to leave the premises after their Interview is over and ensure that they have collected their original certificates.
Note: Candidates who have not scored qualifying % Age of Marks in GATE or have not completed engineering degree or are not in possessions of the original documents mentioned above will not be allowed to appear for screening.
