Educational Qualification:
- For Staff Nurse: Certificate as Registered Nurse & Midwife having passed three years course in General Nursing and Midwifery from a school of Nursing or other Institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or B.Sc. (Nursing).
- For Pharmacist: 10+2 in science or its equivalent with 02 (two) years Diploma in Pharmacy & registration with Pharmacy Council of India or registration with state Pharmacy Council.
- For Physiotherapist: Bachelors’ Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University.
- For ECG Technician: 12th/ Graduation in Science having Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Medical ECG Laboratory Technology/ Cardiology/ Cardiology Techniques of a reputed institution.
Terms & conditions:
- The selected candidate will have no right for regular appointment against the post.
- The contract shall be the period up to 30.06.2018 or availability of regular staff whichever earlier from the date of joining. Candidate has freedom to break the contract by giving 14 days prior notice to administration. The service may be terminated any time by the administration without any prior notice or any reason.
- The candidate should be reported from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Central Hospital, DLW, Varanasi, on the prescribed interview’s date. No TA/DA will be paid for the Interview. The candidate would have to stay next day. At the time of Interview candidate will require to produce Original Certificate with the attested copies of Educational/ Technical/ Experience qualification in prescribed format. SC/ST/OBC candidate will also produce original caste-certificate issued by competent authority in prescribed format (Age count on date of Notification issued). The list of selected candidate will be published on notice board of this office.
How to Apply DLW Vacancy: Interested candidates may appear for Interview along with prescribed format with attested photocopies of necessary/ relevant certificates at the time of Interview.
