TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STAFF ON DEPUTATION TO RCT:
Employee holding analogous posts in the Central/State Govt./High Courts/Distt. Courts on deputation basis for a period of three years. Other terms and conditions of employees, so appointed on deputation, will be regulated in terms of Rule 2023-R-II {Indian Establishment Code, Vol. II (First Reprint), 1990} as substituted vide Advance Correction Slip No.6, issued under this Ministry’s letter No.F(E)II-94/DE/1/1 dated 24.12.1998.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RAILWAY EMPLOYEES ON TRANSFER TO RCT:
All Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts in the RCTs will be filled by serving Railway employees in appropriate analogous grades or one grade below with minimum of two years regular service in that grade, on transfer basis on a tenure of 5 years or till he/she is due for promotion in his/her parent cadre, whichever is later. They are, however, liable to be repatriated prematurely to their parent cadre in either of the following circumstances:
- By Hon’ble Chairman, RCT, for any administrative reason, including on grounds of unsatisfactory work of the staff concerned; and
- When the employee concerned is due for promotion in his parent cadre before 5 years of joining RCT.
Note:
The willing candidate may visit RCT website www.rct.indianrail.gov.in and Northern Railway website www.nr.indianrailways.gov.in for detailed terms and conditions for transfer/deputation and submit advance copy of the application in the prescribed format to the Registrar, Railway Claims Tribunal, 13/15, Mall Road, Delhi-110054, within 45 days of publication of notice in newspapers. They should also submit another copy of the application through proper channel. The Cadre Controlling Authority of employee will forward the application to the RCT along with photocopy of ACRs for the last three years along with D&AR/Vigilance clearance.
