FOR PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST (PET) OF CEN RRC 01/2019
How to Apply to Cultural Quota – Railway Recruitment Cell Openings
The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) against CEN RRC 01/2019 for Eastern Railway is scheduled to be held from 30th Jan to 7th Feb 2023 at 03 venues i.e. Asansol, Malda and Kolkata. Total 1814Female candidates, shortlisted as per CBT merit of RRB will be called for PET on 30th and 31st Jan 2023 at Kolkata. Rest 24662 male candidates, shortlisted as per CBT merit of RRB will be called for PET in Asansol, Malda and Kolkata grounds.
The details of Venue and Schedule of PET i.e., Date and Reporting Time for each Eligible Candidate will be uploaded shortly on official website of RRC/ER (www.rrcer.com kolkata).Candidates should appear in PET as per detailed instructions published on this website along with the schedule & instructions given along with e-call letter.
Vacancy Notification Cultural Quota – Railway Recruitment Cell Openings
The link for e-call letter download will be uploaded few days before PET, on the official website of RRC ER.
Candidates are instructed to download and take clear printout (front and back pages) of the e-call letter from RRC-ER OFFICIAL website. They should NOT sign or affix Finger Print on e-call letter. It should be done at PET venue, in front of Railway Invigilators. The clear Print Out of ecall letter (front and back pages) should be produced at the PET venue, along with a valid photo id card in print form.
A PET eligible candidate will be given only one chance to participate in PET as per schedule drawn by RRC-ER. No request for extension of date/schedule or request for change of the venue will be entertained. However, candidates should be ready to stay for more than one day at their own expense, in case of administrative exigencies.
Candidates are to take note that as per directives of Railway Board vide letter No.
E(NG)II/2019/RR-1/06 dated 13.04.2022, Course Completed Act Apprentices(CCAA) trained in Railway Establishments and PwBD candidates (as per CEN RRC 01/2019 under Para 11.3 & Note1 under Para 14.2) who have come in the zone of consideration for PET, are exempted from PET and their candidature will be treated on the basis of CBT result and they will be called for
Document Verification (DV) if they come in the zone of consideration as per merit in the ratio of 1:1of notified vacancy.
Regarding PET & recruitment process, no postal communication will be made. Hence, candidates are requested to regularly check the notice board of official website i.e., www.rrcer.com kolkata. Besides, they should keep their registered mobile no. & email id (as per RRB database) in working condition.
