Recruitment for Filling up of one post of Manager (Protocol), in IDA grade E-3 on immediate absorption basis.
1. Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC) is a vital project implementation organization working in the sensitive Mumbai Suburban area with a very lean organizational structure.
2. The Corporation requires service of a suitable officer/executive on immediate absorption basis
to the post of Manager (Protocol), IDA Grade E-3/Rs.60,OOO-1,80,OOO, in its corporate office at
Mumbai.
3. The detailed specification/requirement for the post is enclosed (Annexure-I). It is requested
that the notification may kindly be given wide circulation in Railways/Divisions/Units/
Organisations.
4. Applications in the prescribed proforma at Annexure — A along with Annexure-B, C & D of the
eligible candidates (Railway officers or Railway officers on deputation or officials working in
any other Railway PSUs) whose services can be spared immediately on selection together with
the certificate from the competent authority (Annexure-E) along with the below mentioned

Eligibility Criteria for joining Mumbai Rail
(A) For serving Railway Officials including those working on deputation in MRVC or in any other PSUs.
Junior Scale Officer of Indian Railways in pay scale Rs.9300-34800+ GP 4800 (Level-8) or GP 5400 (Level-9).
(B) For serving Officials working in any other Railway PSUs Candidates working in the relevant discipline in IDA Grade E-3 Rs.60,OOO-1,80,OOO.
(C) Other conditions:The candidate should have minimum 5 years of working experience as Protocol
Officer/Supervisor. Preference will be given to the candidates having working experience in protocol department of Railway PSUs.
Maximum age limit is restricted to 55 years.
(iii) The candidate should have pleasant personality, communication skills and expertise in protocol job with ability to interact smoothly with high dignitaries.
(iv) The candidate should be physically fit. Knowledge of Marathi and experience of working in MMR region will be preferred.
The selected candidate will be offered position in MRVC on immediate absorption basis with respect to his / her eligibility vis-å-vis his/her last position in Railway/Railway PSIJ and length of service as per the MRVC Rules.
The Corporation offers attractive pay and other allowances/fringe benefits attached to the post/grade as per IDA pattern scale of pay.
An undertaking will have to be executed by serving officers that in the event of his/her selection as Manager (Protocol) in MRVC, he/she will tender his/her resignation in his/her parent organization.
