Educational Qualification and Experience

General Manager (Design):Advertisement
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) and M.E./M.Tech (Structural Dynamics/ Soil Mechanics/ Soil Dynamics/ Rock Mechanics) from a recognized university/institute.
- Experience:
- For Government/CPSUs/SPSUs (CDA): Currently working in Level 14 (₹1,44,200 – ₹2,18,200) or equivalent, or at least 2 years in Level 13/13A. Minimum 18 years cumulative service at gazetted/executive level, with at least 10 years in design/proof-checking of civil engineering structures (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, metro stations, etc.).
- For Government/CPSUs/SPSUs (IDA): Currently in pay scale of ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 or higher, or 2 years in ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000. Minimum 18 years cumulative service at gazetted/executive level, with at least 10 years in relevant design experience.
- For Private Sector: Annual CTC of ₹40 Lakhs or above. Minimum 20 years cumulative executive experience, with at least 10 years in design/proof-checking of civil structures.

Assistant General Manager (TVE):
- Qualification: Full-time degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience:
- For CDA: Officers with 7 years post-qualification experience in construction projects of Railways/Metros/PSUs/private sector. Criteria include:
- Grade Pay of ₹6,600/- with 2 years in TVS & ECS domain, or
- Grade Pay of ₹5,400/- with 5 years in TVS & ECS domain.
- For IDA: Currently in pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 with 2 years in desirable domain, or ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 with 5 years in desirable domain, or 10 years in Executive grade in private sector with CTC of ₹12 Lakhs.
- For CDA: Officers with 7 years post-qualification experience in construction projects of Railways/Metros/PSUs/private sector. Criteria include:
- Desirable: Experience in modern metro rail systems, computerized designing, international bidding procedures.
- <strong
