Bhusaval railway station serves Bhusawal in Jalgaon district in the Indian state of Maharashtra. The first train in India travelled from Mumbai to Thane on 16 April 1853. By May, 1854, Great Indian Peninsula Railway's Bombay-Thane line was extended to Kalyan. Bhusaval railway station was set up in 1863. In 1866 the GIPR branch line was extended to Khandwa and in 1867 to Nagpur.Bhusawal is divisional HQ under Central Railways.

The loco shed at Bhusaval was established by the Great Indian Peninsula Railway in 1919. At that time it was the largest in Asia and third largest in the world.

Bhusawal also spelt as Bhusaval is a city and a municipal council (established in 1882) in Jalgaon district in the state of Maharashtra, India. The total population of Bhusawal is 204,016. The male population of which is 105,164 while female population is 98,852. The literacy rate of Bhusawal is 90.53%.
