Sub: Re-engagement of Retired Clerks of PCPO’s office, Central Railway.
In terms of Railway Board’s letter No E(NG) II/2007/RC-4/CORE/1 dated 16.10.2017, It has been decided to re-engage 05 Office Clerk, who have retired from Railway Service. The retired Clerks will be re-engaged in the posts of Office Clerks, Level-6, 5 & 2 of 7th CPC in the PCPO’s office, Central Railway, CSMT, Mumbai.
Terms and conditions:
1.The Scheme is valid upto 01.12.2019.

Terms and conditions:
1.The Scheme is valid upto 01.12.2019.
2.Clerks retired from Railway Service can only apply.
3.The re-engagement shall be strictly be upto the age of 65 years or till the availability of regular candidates from RRB/RRC/Departmental selection, whichever is earlier. No re-engaged Clerks will continue in service beyond 65 years of age under any circumstances.
4.The administration is at liberty to terminate the services of the re-engaged employees even before the age of 65 in case their work/conduct is found unsatisfactory, or otherwise as deemed fit by the administration.
5.The employees, who were Removed/Dismissed/compulsorily retired as a result of disciplinary action or in service Review are not eligible for re-engagement.
6.The re-engaged employees are entitled only for monthly fixed remuneration, i.e. reducing pension from his/ her last pay drawn, at the time of retirement.
7.The re-engagement employees are not entitled for any other benefit or facilities except the monthly fixed remuneration as stated above.
8.The retired employee shall execute an agreement to abide by all the terms and conditions of the re-engagement.
9.Re-engagement shall be subject to their prescribed medical fitness for the Category, i.e. Clerks as per reules.
10.Suitability/Competency of the applicant shall be adjudged before their re-engagement.
11.They will have to undergo medical examination before Re-Engagement.
12.The duty/hours of the re-engaged employee would be the same as applicable to the post against which he/she is re-employed, i.e office Clerks.
13.Copy of any one of the following documents should be attached with the application.
a.Service Certificate
b.Pensioner Identity Card
C.Pension Payment order
The last date of submission of the application is 15.10.2018 upto 12.00 hrs.
Clerks retired from Railways and desirous of re-engagement, should submit their applications in the prescribed format at Annexure-A, PCPO’s Office CSMTM by sending through post reachable by 12.00 Hrs of 15.10.2018, i.e before the last date mentioned above.
