The specialties are as follows:
- Medicine: Neurology, Endoscopy, Nephrology, Haematology, Gastroenterology, Intensive Care, Gen.Medicine, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Oncology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Rheumatologist, Allergy specialist Immunologist.
- Surgery: General Surgery, Urology, G-I Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Neuro surgery, Vascular Surgery, Cardiac Thoracic Surgery, Onco surgery, paediatric surgery.
- Gynaecology/Obs : General Gyn. and Obstetrician, Laparoscopist, Infertility Specialist, Gyn. Onco-Surgeon, Urogynaecologist.
- ENT: ENT Surgeon, specialist of Head and Neck surgeries, anterior and lateral skull base specialist, Endoscopic sinus surgeon, Facial plastic specialist, Faciomaxillary surgeon,Microvascular surgeon(MCH-Plastic),OSA surgery Specialist.
- Orthopaedic: Spinal surgeon, Paediatric Ortho Surgeon, Arthoscopist, Arthroplasty, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Hand Surgery, Plastic Surgery.
- Radiology : Radiologist, interventional radiology.
- Anaesthesia: Gen. Anaesthetist, Paediatric, Cardiac, Regional.
- Paediatrics: Neurologist, Paediatric, Cardiologist, Endocnnologist, Nephrologist, Paediatrician
- Pathology: Microbiologist, Pathologist
- Ophthalmology: Cornea, occulopasty, Vitreo retinal and general ophthalmologist.
- Dental Surgeon: Periodontics, Orthodontics, Endodontotics, Pedodontotics, Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine and Radiology.
Payment will be made as per prevailing Railway Rates as mentioned in Railway Board letter No.2005/H-1/12/34 Pt. Dated 05.05.2006.
Rate of payment:
Consultancy fees- Fees will be from Rs. 500/-per case, for additional cases during the same Visit Rs.100/-per additional cases.
- Surgical Procedures: The upper limit of payment will be for
- Minor Surgery- Rs.2000/-
- Major Surgery- Rs.5000/-
- Special Surgery- Rs.8000/-
The Package contains:
- Pre operation one check up
- The surgery Operation.
- Post operative follow up for 3 days (Excluding the day of operation).
- Fees for case to case basis Anesthesiologist.
Railway Board letter No. 2013/H-1/12/5 Dated 13.10.2014.
1. Rs. 2700/-per case, for general anesthesia in Major surgical cases including spinal and epidural block;
2. Rs. 1800/- per case, for short duration general anesthesia e.g. with pentothal,
ketolar ect. Including General anesthesia in minor surgical operations.
