Sub: Recruitment of sports personnel in PB-1, Rs. 5,200-20,200+1800 (GP) in HQ Division, Baroda House,
New Delhi for the year 2014-15.
It has been decided to form a panel for recruitment in the following discipline exclusively for Male/Female candidates, on Headquarter Division, Northern Railway, Baroda House, New Delhi.

HOW TO APPLY:
The candidates fulfilling the conditions regarding eligibility of age, educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria should apply for the post notified as per application formats given at Annexure-A (attached herewith) on a good quality plain paper of A-4 size alongwith two latest passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. The application should be filled in by the candidate in their own hand writing and sent through Postal Dak only on the following address :

OTHER IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES Last date for receipt of application is 28.07.2014 and no application will be entertained after the last date. If the last date of application happens to be a holiday, the application will be considered on next working day.
The envelope in which application is being sent should be given caption in Capital letter as 400E/18/Sports/Rec. HQ Div. Grade pay 1800/2014-15. Event for which application is being sent should be written in the bracket.
Only the application found complete in all respect will be entertained.
Application which is not as per the format ‘A’ will be summarily rejected.
Unsigned/incomplete application will be rejected.
Each application should be submitted alongwith the application fee of Rs. 40/- (Rs. Forty only) non refundable including postal charges through crossed postal order/demand draft paid at New Delhi in the name of Sports Officer/HQ, Head Quarter Sports Association, N. Rly, New Delhi through postal Dak only. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are exempted from application fee.
Candidates, who do not fulfill all the eligibility criteria need not to apply otherwise their application will be rejected.
Candidature, of the candidates, who fails to appear for the trials, interview and other selections procedure on the date and place fixed for the purpose, will be cancelled without further notice.
Railway Administration reserves all the rights for recruitment of sports persons in any game /position for which suitable outstanding sports persons are available
