Sub: Requirement of Diesel Loco Staff for Foreign Projects. (Malaysia)
IRCON International Limited pioneer in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Signaling and Telecommunications works is an ISO-9001-2000 certified Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways having various projects in India and abroad.
To meet the likely requirement of staff in Rolling Stock Projects in future and for its Malaysia Diesel Loco Project, IRCON intends to shortlist suitable candidates both in technician category and supervisory category of staff on deputation basis for mobilization to Malaysia:-

Those finally selected will be on usual terms of deputation. Keeping in view shortage of staff in Zonal Railways, IRCON will keep panel of not more than 3 to 5 staff from a Railway Shed/Workshop Unit. The areas of required expertise are given in Annexure-I.
You are requested to give wide publicity to our requirement so that the staff interested to work in Malaysia and other projects can submit their willingness along with their bio-data in the prescribed format Annexure-II.The selected candidates would be entitled to attractive salary in addition to free furnished non-family residential accommodation at the city where projects is operated, free air fare to home town once in 12 months, or encashment of air fare in lieu thereof, accident insurance cover, leave encashment facilities etc. Presently applicable salary structure is attached at Annexure-III.
The bio-data in the prescribed format, should be duly certified by the competent authority, i.e. Controlling Officer. It should also be ensured that there is no DARNigilance case pending or contemplated against the employee and also that he is not undergoing any penalty. Alongwith the application, attested copies of only highest academic and technical qualification certificate/diploma, and photocopy of 1st 2nd pages of Service Record be enclosed.
In the event of mobilisation of the selected candidate for foreign project, the employee shall be required to vacate the Railway Quarter before being relieved to join IRCON. IRCON will not be responsible for any matter concerning non-vacation of Railway Quarter by the Railway employee.
