Emoluments : Site Engineer will be paid basic salary of Rs. 16,000/- and Jr. Site Engineer will be paid basic salary of Rs. 12,000/- per month . Besides Basic Salary, they are also entitled to Perks @60% of Basic salary , 12% employer’s contribution towards PF, Gratuity, Medical reimbursement ( for self only for indoor treatment at the place of posting ), reimbursement of mobile call charges upto Rs. 1000/- per month. In
addition, the contractual employees will also be paid annual increment @5% .
