Interview for eligible candidates (shortlisted meritwise on the basis of their performance in GATE), for the post of Executive Trainees/Electrical for regular posts against Advt. No.09/2016 have been scheduled as per program below at “Ircon Corporate Office, C-4, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi-110017”.
The details of the Interview Scheduled for the post of Executive Trainee/Electrical are as below:

All the eligible candidates as above are requested to appear for the interview as per the schedule given in table at Sl. No. I, above. The candidates have to report for the interview at IRCON International Limited,C-4, District Center, Saket, New Delhi- 110017
The candidates who are shortlisted for the Interview are requested to bring the following testimonials in original at the time of Interview:
a) Matriculation Certificate (for age proof);
b) Self-Attested copy of Certificates of professional/academic Degree/diploma. Also, necessary documents specifying the equivalence or CGPA conversion documents, wherever applicable.
c)Self-Attested copy of GATE 2015/2016 registration number & score card.
d) Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any;
e) Certificates in proof of experience (if applicable), clearly projecting the requisite experience indicating the length and line of experience as per eligibility conditions/criteria;
f) Certificate in support of claim of belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe and Other Backward Classes, Ex-serviceman, wherever applicable.
g) If the candidates belonging to OBC categories have to submit the latest financial year only by a competent authority as applicable for appointment to the services in Govt. Of India. Please note
that an OBC certificate issued in the current financial year only can be accepted as a current proof of your not belonging to “creamy layer” in the OBC.
h)No Objection Certificate(NOC) from present employer if working with Govt./PSU’s/Autonomous Bodies.
i) Complete set of self-attested photocopies of all the above mentioned certificates.
j) A valid Identity Proof (PAN card/Driving License/Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/Passport) without which no candidate will be entertained.
Note:
- All candidates are once again advised to produce their respective certificate before interview
- Also the candidates are once again advised to check their eligibility thoroughly before appearing for the Interview to avoid disappointment at later stage. If any discrepancies are found at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidature of the candidate will be immediately cancelled
- Only SC/ST candidates will be reimbursed to-and-fro 3rd AC class Rail/Bus fare from the nearest Railway Station from your address (as given in application filled up by you) up to the nearest railway station at Interview venue on production of inward journey ticket. SC/ST candidates are requested to fill in the form (given at the end of this document) to claim to-and-fro 3rd AC class Rail/Bus fare along with copies of their tickets.
