Educational Qualification & Experience
1. General Manager (Design)
Advertisement
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university/institute. M.E./M.Tech (Structural Dynamics/Soil Mechanics/Soil Dynamics/Rock Mechanics) is desirable.
- Experience:
- For Government/CPSU/SPSU Candidates (CDA): Currently working in Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200) or equivalent under 7th CPC with 18 years of cumulative service at gazetted/executive level, including at least 10 years in design/proof-checking of civil engineering structures (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, metro/railway stations, etc.).
- For Government/CPSU/SPSU Candidates (IDA): Currently working in Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000 or higher, with 18 years of service and 10 years in relevant design experience.
- For Private Sector Candidates: Annual CTC of Rs. 40,00,000 or above with 20 years of executive-level experience, including 10 years in design/proof-checking of civil structures.
2. Assistant General Manager (TVE)
- Qualification: Full-time degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.</
