Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL), a 50:50 Joint Venture of Government of India and Government of Kerala incorporated for the implementation of the Kochi Metro Rail project and for its Operation & Maintenance. Further, Government of Kerala had engaged KMRL for the construction of Flyovers at Sreekaryam, Ulloor & Pattom as Part of the Light Metro Projects in Thiruvanathapuram and for implementation of Light Metro Project as and when sanctioned.
For execution of the same, KMRL intends to appoint a Chief Project Manager on Reemployment basis, currently for heading the projects at Thiruvanathapuram.
Notification For Chief Project Manager in KMRL at Thiruvanathapuram
Accordingly, applications are invited from experienced, dynamic, project oriented, result driven and motivated persons having experience in planning, design and/or execution of the large construction projects.
Name of the post: Chief Project Manager
Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech or B. Sc (Engg.) in Civil Engineering from recognized University/ Institute

Experience
- Minimum 22 Years of Experience in planning, design and/or Civil Construction in engineering industries out of which minimum 8 years in planning, design and/or handling Rail
related projects. - Preference will be given to those candidates who have independently handled planning, design and/or execution of the Civil works in rail related projects and have dealt with contract management, DPR Preparation of metro rail projects, Co-ordination with State Govt./Local Body
Authorities, Land Acquisition etc.
Consolidated Pay: The candidate selected on re-employment shall be given a consolidated pay of Rs.1,40,000/- per month/ or suitable consolidated pay commensurate to the last pay drawn by them; as per KMRL extant rules.
