QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

| The incumbent must be Member/Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a minimum of 3 years experience in the profession. For those who are employed in a Central Public Sector Undertaking. a minimum two years experience in the scale of Rs. 4800-200-5800-225-8275/- or equivalent is desirable. | |
| GENERAL: | |
| (1) | Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Physically challenged/Ex-Servicemen will he applicable as per Govt. rules. |
| (2) | Higher fixation in scale may be considered for exceptionally deserving candidates. |
| (3) | Candidate called for interview will be reimbursed AC-II Sleeper Class Rail fare/ Bus fare (to and fro) by the shortest route. All such reimbursement will be subject to submission of proof of Journey. |
