Eligibility:
Officers of the Central Government:-
(a)
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department;or
(ii) Five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Pay Band-3 of Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
(b) Possesing the following educational qualifications and experience:-
Essential:
(i) Master’s Degree in Hindi from a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii) Ten years experience in Journalism or as Editor in Hindi in any publication department of the Central Government or any Newspaper or news agency or publicity organisations under the Central Government.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
