a) Minimum Graduate Degree in civil engineering from recognized University/Institute.
b) General Work Experience more than Twelve years
c) Experience in same/similar position more than six years.

Asstt. Resident Engineer (Field)
a) Minimum Graduate Degree in civil engineering from recognized University/Institute.
b) General Work Experience more than six years.
c) Experience in same/similar position more than three years.
Or
a) Minimum Diploma in civil engineering from recognized college/institute.
b) General Work Experience more than twelve years.
c) Experience in same/similar position more than six years.
Note:
1. ARE Quality will be deputed for job of ARE Quality (Civil/Bldg)/ ARE Quality PSC sleepers/ARE Quality Lab/Quality Suptd (Civil) as per requirement.
2. ARE Field will be deputed for job of ARE Survey/ARE Earth Work/ARE Bridge/ARE Structure (Bldg)/ARE Track/ARE Safety (Civil)/ARE Procurement (Civil) as per requirement.
3. Qualification as mentioned in the table above. Higher ranking in educational qualification will be given weightage in marks.
4. Age: Upper age limit for the above positions is 55 years as on 01.07.2013. In deserving cases and having sound health, same may be relaxed maximum by two years.
How to apply
1. Interested candidates fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Recruitment Section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com on or before 1700 hrs. of 04.09.2013 from the date publication.
2. While submitting the online application the system would generate ‘Registration No.’ on the top of such filled online form. A copy of this form containing the registration number is to be printed, signed, and furnished alongwith attested copies of educational, experience certificates and 2 recent passport size colour photographs to the

through post so as to reach him definitely by 13.09.2013. The candidate is advised to keep a copy of such application form with him and to carry the same at the time of the interview if called. Candidates who have registered online but whose physical application along with aforesaid documents is not received by the due date, their candidature will not be considered.
3. Candidates not fulfilling the minimum laid down criteria as indicated above with respect to educational qualifications, age, and experience for selection to the respective post, would not be able to register online.
4. Candidates should submit only single application and application once submitted cannot be altered. A valid e-mail ID is essential for submission of the online application. RITES will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates.
