Sub: Filling up the vacancies of Helper in Level-1 of RSRP Rules’2016 in the Mechanical and Electrical depts. by giving change of category to other erstwhile Group ‘D’ staff.
It is proposed to consider suitable volunteers from amongst serving erstwhile Group “D” staff working in different departments i.e. Helpers of Stores, Civil, & S&T depts., Safaiwalas and Office Peons of all depts., Trackman, Store Watchman, Malis etc. of Civil Dept, erstwhile Gr.’D’ staff of Medical, Canteen and all other depts.) working in non-incentive areas for posting them as Helper in Level -1, in the Mechanical and Electrical departments as an additional avenue for their career advancement as considered in the past.
The staff who are desirous of volunteering for the above, should fulfill the following conditions:-They should possess a minimum educational qualification of a pass in 10th Std or ITI in the Mechanical/Electrical trades.
They should be less than 33 years of age as on 29.08.2017.
The volunteering staff must have completed their probation of 2 years as on 29.08.2017. In the event of the volunteering staff being posted as Helper in Level-1 of RSRP Rules’2016 in the Mech./Elec. Dept. their seniority will be counted from the date of their joining the new seniority unit i.e they will be placed below all the existing Helpers of the relevant seniority unit, maintaining the inter-se position amongst the selected candidates.
Selected candidates will be posted to as Helper in the Mech./Elec. depts subject to their fitness in CEE ONE medical category.
The Staff who fulfill the above conditions/agreeable to above conditions, may please be advised to submit their applications through their controlling officers in the proforma sent herewith to reach this office on or before 15.09.2017.
This may please be given wide publicity from amongst eligible staff and arrangements may also please be made to notify the staff who are on long leave, placed on sick list, proceeded on duty, training, etc. on the above subject. The responsibility of notifying the candidates rest= with the Controlling Officers/Supervisors.
Applications received after 15.09.2017 will not be entertained under any circumstances.
