Vacancy Notification Huge Chief Project Manager/S&T (CPM/S&T) Post Vacancy – Konkan Railway
The Konkan is a coastal strip of land bounded by the Sahyadri hills on the east, and Arabian Sea on the west. It is a land where mythology breathes side by side with economic growth,a land with rich mineral resources, dense forest cover and a landscape fringed with paddy, coconut and mango trees. Eligibility Criteria
Retd. SG or above IRSSE Officers having more than 15 years of Group ‘A’ service. OR Retd. Officers of S&T wing of Railway PSU’s served at least 5 years in E-5 IDA Scale.
Detail job description
Experience:- The officer should be from construction / open line having experience in planning, execution and construction management of Signalling & Telecom (S&T) works. The officer should have knowledge of contract management and should be able to handle construction projects of large magnitude.
Job description: Overall in-charge of S&T Projects (Planning & Execution) of Konkan Railway (excluding J&K). Coordination with project division for NTPC, Doubling and New stations & Additional loop line works, Stores, IT and Electrical Deptt. for RE works and Contracts. Coordination with departments, field units in regions, RDSO, Rly Bd, Railways, CORE, RVNL, RCIL etc.
