Vacancy Notice for filling up the post of Senior Personnel Officer in Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd on deputation basis.
Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Ltd. (MRVC) is a vital project implementation organization working in the sensitive Mumbai Suburban area with a very lean organizational structure. While MUTP-3 costing Rs.11,000 crore was sanctioned in December 2016 and is under process, MUTP-3A has been included in the Pink Book of 2018-19 at a cost of Rs.54,777 crore. These projects would result in substantial surge of HR activities.
The present incumbent of the post of Senior Personnel Officer will be completing four year tenure of deputation on 13.05.2018. This Corporation is in need of a suitable Senior Personnel Officer from the Railway to fill up the vacancy on deputation basis.
The specific job profile of the post of Senior Personnel Officer is enumerated below:-
Sr.Scale Group ‘A’ / Group ‘B’ officer with Minimum 3 years service in Senior Scale is required. The post involves Cadre Controlling – Creation/Upgradation of posts, Manpower Planning, Disbursement of Salary & Allowances, Monitoring of all Payments, Implementation of NPS, Co-ordination with Training Institutes and Organising various Welfare activities.
