Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any. IV. Proof ofexperience (documents clearly indicating the length, nature /line of experience as per eligibility conditions) V. Pay scale/Pay Matrix Level proof, details of proof ofdate of entry in pay scale and number of years in pay scale, where ever applicable. VI. Official Photo identity card, in original. VII. A copy of CV signed by the official.
