Eligible/ Provisionally Eligible candidates as per table (A) above are requested to bring their original testimonials as per details below along with one self-attested photocopy set for document verification on the date of interview (as per the details in the notification) : I. Matriculation Certificate (for age proof). II. Certificate of professional Degree/Diplomaa long with mark sheets of all semesters/years. III. Certificates of other professional qualifications, if any. IV. Proof ofexperience (documents clearly indicating the length, nature /line of experience as per eligibility conditions) V. Pay scale/Pay Matrix Level proof, details of proof ofdate of entry in pay scale and number of years in pay scale, where ever applicable. VI. Official Photo identity card, in original. VII. A copy of CV signed by the official. Candidatesnot accompanying original documents as mentioned above shall not be allowed for Interview. 2.Eligible/ Provisionally Eligible candidatesneed to bring the missing documents as mentioned against their names in the table(A)(wherever applicable) failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.3.No correspondence from ineligible candidate shall be entertained.
