Educational Qualification :
a) For Pathologist : MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Pathology
b) For Anaesthetist : MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Anesthesiology
c) For Orthopaedic Surgeon: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Orthopaedics.
d) For Ophthalmologist: MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Ophthalmology.
e) For General Duty: MBBS.
All the candidates must be registered with MCI and the qualifications must be recognized by MCI.
Monthly Remuneration Rs.
General Duty Medical Practitioners* 39,400/-
Pathologist* 46,800/-
Anaesthetist* 46,800/-
Orthopaedic Surgeon 46,800/-
Ophthalmologist 46,800/-
Retired Railway Doctors** 46,000/-
If Govt. accommodation is provided, an amount equivalent to the sum of HRA & license fee of the accommodation so provided shall be deducted from the monthly remuneration. One set 1st class complementary Railway pass for self and family during each contractual year shall be issued after 03 months continuous service. Daily rate of reduction from the fees for excess absence will be Rs.1560/- per day in case of specialists & Rs. 1313/- in case of General duty full time Contract doctor.
