Application forms are invited for the Post of Pharmacist for Central Hospital DLW/Varanasi on contract basis.
Educational Qualification :
Intermediate with Science plus two years Diploma/Degree Course in Pharmacist and registration in Indian Council of Pharmacy.
Age:
Applicant should be in the age group of 20 to 30 years, as on 21/11/2013. SC/ST candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per rules.
Period: The contract period of Pharmacist shall be upto 30.06.2014 .
Honorarium
Pharmacist shall draw honorarium @ Rs. 10160/- per month Fixed and they shall not be permitted for private practice. The medical facility, leave etc. will be given as per rules.
The candidate for above post will be selected on the basis of interview. The date of interview will be intimated later. No remuneration will be paid to candidates to appear in the interview.
The application forms of eligible candidates along with their details i.e. Name, Father/ Husband Name, qualification, DOB, community, Address, Phone/Mobile No. etc will be accepted by ordinary post in this office latest by 20.12.2013 at 16.00 hrs.

Terms & conditions for appointment of Pharmacist on contract basis:
- The period of employment for the post of Pharmacist on contract basis will be upto 30.06.2014 or till the Panel received from RRB whichever is earlier.
- During this period, the selected candidate can not engage himself in another job.
- The concerned candidate will have no right for regular appointment against the post.
- Candidate may resign the post on 14 days prior notice to administration. The service may be terminated any time by the administration without any notice or reason.
- Candidate should follow the stipulated instructions of Railway board’s letter no. E(NG)11/2004/RC-4/SC/2 dated 19.07.05.
- (a) Educational Qualification- 10+2 (Science) plus 2 years diploma/degree course In Pharmacist and registration in Indian Council of Pharmacy.
- (b) Age-Limit- Minimum age will be 20 years and maximum 30 years. SC/ST candidates will be given 5 years relaxation in upper age limit.
- (c) Honorarium will be given Rs.10160/- Per month Fixed.
- Sunday and National Holiday will be treated as holiday normally.
- After completion of one year satisfactory work candidate will be eligible for one set Pass for himself and his family.
- The Pharmacist appointed on contract basis should be work as regular Pharmacist.
- Two days leave will be due in a month to the candidate.
- All work given by Chief Medical Superintendent will have to do.
- Except the above instructions issued time to time will have to follow.
- Including daily work the occasional work when required will be done by the candidate.
