CENTRALIZED EMPLOYMENT NOTICE NO. 04/2012

TECHNICIAN SIGNAL GR. II IN PAY BAND RS 5200 – 20200 G.P. 2400/-
TECHNICIAN GR. III IN PAY BAND RS 5200 – 20200 G.P. 1900/-

Based on the performance in the written examination held on 16.12.2012 for various categories of Technician Gr.III viz. Cat No.2,3,4,5,9 and Cat No.20,21,25 and for Technician Signal Gr.II Cat No. 01, the candidates with the roll numbers listed in the Annexure-‘A’ have been found qualified provisionally for candidature & document verification (D.V.) for the said categories/posts against normal vacancies. The listed Roll Numbers are in ascending order & not as per merit. The dates for candidature/document verification are also given in Annexure-‘A’. The Roll nos of the candidates for Cat No. 1, whose result was kept withheld for further investigation vide this office notice dated 30/31.05.2013 is also being given in Annexure – A.

In addition to the above, candidates listed in Annexure – ‘B’ are also called provisionally for document and candidature verification (AS ADDITIONAL CANDIDATES).

It may be noted that result of 13 candidates (05 against normal and 08 against additional) for cat no. 2,3,4,5,9 and 04 candidates (02 against normal and 02 against additional) has been kept withheld for further investigation. They may be called for candidature and document verification in due course.

Call letters indicating exact Date, Time & Venue etc for the document verification will be sent to all these short listed candidates individually through post.

It may be noted that calling of candidates for candidature and document verification is subject to the following conditions/instructions. Candidates are advised to read all the instructions/conditions thoroughly, along with the instructions indicated on the call letter etc..

1. Merely calling for the verification of documents does not in any way, entitle them for an empanelment/appointment in Railways.
2. 2.           Candidature/Document verification will be held as per schedule and time mentioned in the annexures at North West Institute (Old CCM Office Building), Near SECRSA Stadium, Railway Station Road, Bilaspur Pin: 495004 (C.G.)
3. The additional candidates are being called over & above the number of vacancies primarily to avoid shortfall in the panel due to absenteeism of selected candidates etc., if any.
4. The call letters are being mailed through registered post to the successful candidates at their addresses. RRB, Bilaspur will not be responsible for any postal delay or wrong delivery. In case any successful candidate does not receive call letter, he should report personally to RRB office at Bilaspur on the date and time fixed for his candidature/document verification, along with necessary documents.
5. Candidates must bring their two passport size photographs identical to the one pasted on application form and all requisite original certificates related to Educational/Technical qualification, caste, Date of Birth certificate etc, which includes all the certificates attached to the application form against CEN 04/2012, and also their zerox copies attested by Gazetted Officer and original call letter of written examination conducted by RRB, Bilaspur.
6. Candidates must ensure that their names, their father’s name and other particulars in their original certificates must match with entries made in their application form. The SC/ST/OBC candidates must also ensure that the address mentioned in their caste certificates are tallied with the entries of permanent address made by them in their application forms.
7. Candidates must possess the required educational qualification, as per employment notice on the closing date of submission of application. They must bring their original Degree/ Diploma/NCVT etc certificates while attending for D.V. No further time will be given for submission of certificate(s).
8. The SC, ST & OBC candidates must bring their original Caste Certificate in prescribed format duly issued by competent authority as appeared in the employment notice. In case of OBC candidates, apart from the OBC certificate attached with the application form, they should also produce current OBC certificates in the prescribed format issued by competent authority having clause of non-creamy layer.
9. Minority community Candidates claimed waiver of examination fee will be required to furnish minority community declaration affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper that he/she belongs to any of the minority community notified by central Govt. (i.e. Muslim/Sikh/Christian/Buddhist/Parsis).
10. The final results will be based on the number of vacancies, the performance of the candidate in the written examination, reservation rules and correctness of information furnished in the application /information sheet etc.
11. The candidates may be required to stay back for 1 – 2 days beyond their date of verification, if necessary.
