Closing date: 25.08.2014 up to 17.30 hrs.
For residents of Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep Islands last date will be 09.09.2014 up to 17.30 hrs.
Applications are invited from Scouts & Guides persons having minimum educational and Scouts & Guides Qualification as given in Para 2 & 3 below, On the prescribed format for recruitment in GP.
Whom to apply: Application complete in all respect along with all eta enclosures- should be sent in a cover to the address as mentioned below so as to reach on or before teat dale. Candidates intend to apply fora particular category should send their application to the respecters office address only through ordinary post. Appficalion may also be dropped in the Prop Pox pieced al the respective office premises on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09.30 hrs to 17.50 Mrs on or before last date. Application sent by registered past/courier or speed post will not be acknowledged. Application received in particular °Mae for other than respective categories will be summarily rejected.
Invalid Applications:
a) Application which is incomplete or illegible er unsigned or not forwarded by Pet. Cominissiener/S&G or not in prescribed format as given in this employment notice.
b) Application without requieile documents.
c) Application which are not in English/Hindi language.
d) Application without copies of certificates in proof of Age. Educational qualification, Community (where applicable) and Scouts Guides achievement certificates etc.
e) Candidates must have certificate issued. after the date of issue of this notification, by District Commissioner/scout Guide. Rate should be mentioned in the semi nutty certificate.
f) Application without support of attested translated copies of certificates which are in english language cater than English/Hindi.
g ) Application without examination fee in the loan of Indian Postal Order (except the candidates who are exempted from payment of examination fees.
h) Application without Scouts & Guides Uniform photograph affixing en prescribed place.
i) Application received after closing data will not be entertained.
J) Self attested copy of community certificate issued by competent authority on prescribed lormat in case of SC1ST/ OBC candidate (as given in Annexure -B:& ‘C’). Sell declaration from DSC candidates regarding non-creamy layer status in the performa as given in Annexure
