Job Title: Senior Section Engineer for Energy Management
Location: Corporate Office in Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Deputation
Salary: Payable according to the 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level 7, plus deputation (duty) allowance, based on the employee’s regular pay on the railway
Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in TRD/Electric Loco/EMU fields, as well as proficiency in using computers for data analysis and other tasks. Inspector/supervisor of Electrical/Mechanical department of Indian Railways are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities: The supervisor’s main duties are to plan traction power requirements for TSS and maintain TSS energy records, conduct internal energy audits, and coordinate and liaise with Zonal Railways (Deemed Distribution licensee) and various State Electricity Board officials/SLDC for interfacing of works.
Age Limit: Applicants must be no more than 55 years old as of April 6, 2023.
Benefits: In addition to deputation allowance, the employee will receive pay according to their regular railway pay rate.
