Recruitment of sportspersons over North Western Railway against Talent Scouting quota for the year 2013-14.
We are happy to inform that North Western Railway headquartered at Jaipur and having sports units at Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner divisions and Workshop at Ajmer. Padamashri Krishna Poonia, Dronacharya Virendra Poonia in Athletics, Commonwealth Bronze medalist Dilbagh Singh in Boxing & many renowned International & National Sportspersons in Athletics, Boxing, Basketball, Cycling, Golf, Shooting, Volleyball & Wrestling etc are working in North Western Railway.
In order to strengthen our teams, it has been decided to call applications to recruit outstanding sportspersons in Group ‘C’ category under sports quota of Head quarter in the games /events against Talent scouting quota for the year 2013-14 amongst the volunteering outstanding & budding International & National level sportspersons either directly or through their Federations/Associations/State Councils etc. The details of the Games/events in which recruitment is to be done is mentioned below:

The recruitment against Talent Scouting quota for the year 2013-14 will be conducted as per Railway Board letter no. 2010/E (Sports) 4(1)/1(Policy)dated 31.12.2010 (RBE no. 189 B/2010) read with notifications issued from time to time . Details of the letter can be seen on website of Indian Railways www.indianrailways.qov.in searching through Ministry of Railways/Railway Board/about Indian Railways/Railway Board Directorates /Railway Sports Promotion Board/Circulars.
