NOTICE
The applications as received from the candidates against the notification No.GMA/MR/Rectt/S&G Quota/2013-14 dated 20.09.2013 towards the recruitment of candidates against Scouts & Guides quota for the year 2013-14 have been scrutinized and details of the valid applications and invalid applications have been furnished as under:-
VALID APPLICATIONS FOR GROUP– C, G.P. Rs.1900/- at Annexure ‘A’ VALID APPLICATIONS FOR GROUP– D, G.P. Rs.1800/- at Annexure ‘B’ INVALID APPLICATIONS WITH REASONS OF REJECTION at Annexure ‘C’
NOTE:
The applications, which have been rejected under Annexure ‘C’ and the candidate considers that the rejection of his/her application is not in terms of the notification dated 20/09/2013, may appeal to CPO/CLW with supporting documents thereof latest by 20/01/2014 for redressal of their grievances, if any. No representation will be entertained on or after 20/01/2014 (17:30 Hrs.) in any circumstances.
The date of written examination has been fixed on 02/02/2014 at 11.30 Hrs. for Group-D, G.P. Rs.1800/- and for Group-C, G.P. Rs.1900/- at 15:00 Hrs. at Deshbandhu Vidyalaya (Girls)BM & HM/CLW/Chittaranjan.
Call letters to the eligible candidates,(as indicated under Annexure ‘A’ & ‘B’) are being sent to their respective address for appearing in the written examination on the above mentioned date, time and venue.
If call letter is not received by the candidate, whose names are appearing in Annexure ‘A’ & ‘B’ may contact to APO(G) for issue of duplicate call letter between 30/01/2014 to 01/02/2014 till 17:30 Hrs.
