The candidate must ensure that:
The experience in the private sector company (or of holding company, if working in subsidiary company) must be in a company listed in stock exchange or having annual turnover of Rs. 100 crore or more during the year(s) in which rendered service.
If the applicant is presently not in service, the duration of gap between the date of leaving from services of their last employer and the last date for online registration should not exceed six months.
