Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory Authority, under the Ministry of Railways, set-up by an Amendment to the Railways Act, 1989, for development of vacant Railway Land for commercial use for the purpose of generating revenue by non-tariff measures. RLDA has since been constituted in terms of Extraordinary Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2006, as amended on 5.1.2007. The Rules for functioning of RLDA have also been notified in the Extraordinary Gazette dated 4.1.2007.
Applications are invited from dynamic, experienced and motivated Retired persons from State Governments (Revenue/ Land/Consolidation/Town Planning Deptt.), Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, Improvement Trust, Housing Board etc. for engagement as Consultant for a period of 6 months as mentioned below:
Post: Land/Revenue Records Consultant
Number of Post: 2
Eligibility: Retd. Employees having worked as Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar/Patwari/Kanungo or other comparable post.
Desirable: Experience in examining land/revenue records documents, Liasoning with State Govt. Officials.
Emoluments: 1) The consolidated pay will be calculated on the basis of difference of the last basic pay+grade pay+DA and original pension + DA.
2) Conveyance, mobile charges etc. will be paid as per RLDA rules.
Mode of Appointment: Appointment to the above post will be done as Walk-in-Interview on 8th November 2012 between 1100 hours – 1300 hours. Please bring filled in proforma given in RLDA website www.rlda.in alongwith requisite original documents along with attested copies, listed below on the scheduled date.
(i) Pension Payment Order (PPO)
(ii) Date of Birth certificate
(iii) Service certificate
(iv) Certificate of Pay Scale, Grade etc. at retirement
(v) Copy of Identity card issued by the department.
