REQUIREMENT OF GENERAL MANAGER (LEGAL)
DMRC, a Government owned company, at par with Schedule ‘A’ Central PSUs, has been set up for implementation and operation of rail-based Mass Rapid Transit System in Delhi. The company intends to fill up the following post on Direct Recruitment/Permanent Absorption/Deputation/Re-employment basis:
General Manager ( Legal)
Job Description And Responsibilities
The incumbent of the post shall be responsible for overseeing all the legal matters of the Corporation who will also oversee the arbitration matters and other matters of conciliation, adjudication etc. before different authorities.
Qualification and Experience :
(i) The incumbent should be a graduate in Law with minimum 55% marks and should have a proven track record of minimum twenty three (23) years in Gazetted/Executive level out of which 8 years should be in Selection Grade (Grade
Pay : Rs.8700/-) or in E-6 level.
(ii) The serving Judicial officers working as District & Sessions Judge for a minimum of 5 years period with total 23 years executive service may also apply.
(iii) Private candidates with a post qualification experience of 25 years of proven track record are also eligible to apply.
