The selected candidates shall be posted in Corporate office, Gurgaon or anywhere in India and will be on probation period of two years. Candidates have good prospects of growth in the company.

AGM (Legal( (*) Minimum 14 years expérience of practice in courts and / or service in legal profession pertaining to contract/ commercial/ service matters, Statutory Rules, Various Acts, Codes, Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, CST etc.
DGM (Legal) (*) Minimum 08 years expérience of practice in courts and / or service in legal profession pertaining to contract/ commercial/ service matters, taxation, labour laws etc.

(Legal) (*)

Minimum 06 years expérience of practice in courts and / or service in legal profession pertaining to contract/ commercial/ service matters, taxation, labour laws etc.

 

(*)        Candidates having experience of practice in court(s) would have to submit their experience certificate from the office of the BAR Association concerned.

Selection:- The final selection will be through written test and / or interview of short listed candidates. Candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.

The Reservation and relaxation in age to SC/ST/OBC candidates, Ex-Service men and physically handicapped persons etc. would be as per Government orders.

Interested candidates fulfilling the above laid down eligibility criteria are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Recruitment Section of the RITES website, http://www.rites.com or at the link provided in railwayrecruitment website https://www.railwayrecruitment.co.in/on or before 1700 hrs. of 26.09.2012.
  2. On submission of valid application online, the system will generate ‘Registration Slip’ with Registration no., which has to be printed, signed, and sent to the Manager(P)/Rectt. by speed post at the address given at the end of this advertisement along with a copy

 

of their detailed bio-data, educational, experience and community certificates (applicable to SC/ST/OBC) duly attested by a Gazetted Officer and 2 recent passport size colour photographs so as to reach him definitly by 05.10.2012. Candidates regd. online but not furnished physical copy of regn. Slip alongwith aforesaid documents will in no case be considered for Shortlisting.

  1. Physically disabled candidates with physical standards and functional classification as laid down below can also apply.
  2. The original testimonials/documents will have to be produced at the time of interview. If any of their claim is found to be incorrect, their candidature shall be summarily rejected.
  3. Candidates should submit only single application and application once submitted cannot be altered. A valid e-mail ID is essential for submission of the online application. RITES will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidates.
