Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must have the following qualifications and requirements:
* For IB MTS (General):
* Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board
* Possession of domicile certificate of the State against which candidate has applied on closing date
* For UP Home Guard:
* Matriculation or equivalent with final results out on or before 12/14/2025
* Domicile Certificate of Uttar Pradesh
* For OICL AO:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized University
* Age limit: 18 – 30 Years
* For NTPC JE and RRB JE:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks
* Age limit: 18 – 28 Years
* For RRB:
* Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks
* Age limit: 18 – 28 Years
Application Process
The application process for IB MTS (General) is as follows:
1. Candidates must have a valid personal email ID and mobile number.
2. Applications should be submitted only through online registration by logging on to MHA’s website or NCS portal.
3. Read the Instructions carefully and select (√) “I Agree” and Press ‘Registration/Sign-up’ button to proceed further.
4. Before start of filling-up of application, candidates must keep ready scanned copies of required documents such as:
* Recent passport size color photograph (100-200KB in jpg/jpeg format only)
* Scanned signature (80-150KB in jpg/jpeg format only)
* Valid photo ID proof issued by Central/State Govt.
* Certificate/Marksheet pertaining to Class X
* Certificate(s)/Marksheet(s) pertaining to Class XII or Diploma or Graduation, if acquired
Step-I: Registration of Personal and Contact details.
Login Id and password will be sent to you through e-mail on your registered e-mail Id.
Step-II: Re-login and select the category and fill up the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload photo and signature and submit Exam fees (if applicable) and “Recruitment Processing Charges” online via SBI EPAY LITE through net banking/debit cards/credit cards/UPI/challan etc.
Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Note: Category and Sub-category [UR/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman] once filled by candidate in the on-line application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible. The applicant should select the SIB carefully and indicate the same correctly in his/her application.
SIB, once opted, will NOT be changed in any circumstances.
