Job Description And Responsibilities
The incumbent of the post shall be a member of the Board of Directors of DMRC and will report to the Managing Director of the Company. He will be responsible for overall financial management of the company.

Emoluments: The pay scale of the post is Rs.75000-100000/-(IDA) and other allowances/perks/privileges applicable to the Directors of a Schedule ‘A’ Central PSUs.
Eligibility
(I) Age: Between 45 to 58 years as on 1/1/2013. The age of superannuation of Director in DMRC is 62 years.

(II) Qualification and Experience :
(i) The incumbent should be a graduate with first class in any discipline and (a) a proven track record of minimum twenty five (25) years in an organized Group ‘A’ Accounts Service of Central Government viz. IA&AS, IRAS, IDAS etc
or a Gazetted/executive officer of 25 years experience having qualification of CA / ICWA or MBA(Finance).
(ii) Should have experience of resource mobilization, project financing, budget, financial control, cash flow management, dealings with international funding agencies, international contract management including global tenders, project evaluation, taxation, monitoring of receivables in projects of repute.
(iii) Should possess demonstrable skills of sound leadership and effective interpersonal relationship and ability to lead and guide multidisciplinary team.
(III) Pay Scale / Turn Over
(i) Government / Public Sector Executive should be holding post in the pay scale of Rs.51300-73000 (IDA) or should be working in the SA grade (with grade pay of Rs.10,000/- in Pay Band 4 of revised CDA pay band of Rs.37400-67000).
The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidate and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
(ii) Private Sector Executive In order to apply, Private Sector Executives must fulfill all the three criteria listed below.
(a) Should be working in companies where the annual turnover is in excess of Rs.2000 crore.
(b) Should be working in private companies listed on at least one Stock Exchange.
(c ) Should be working at a Board level position or reporting directly to a Director on the Board i.e. one level below Board level.
Duration of Appointment
(i) The appointment to this post will be on contract basis presently for the period of 5 years or date of superannuation, whichever is earlier.
