Note:

  • Call letters for Interview & Document verification have been issued to the Candidates by speed post at the address mentioned in the application. However, even in case of non-receipt of call letters, candidates are directed to report on the specified venue & date.
  • Please note that request for change in date of interview & Document verification will not be entertained under any circumstances and in case of failure to attend the interview & Document verification on scheduled date, candidature of the candidate shall be rejected without any further correspondence.
  • Candidates must bring their original certificates in support of their date of birth i.e. High School certificate from recognized Board/University, 10+2 from recognized Board/University, qualification (Marks sheets of all three years of graduation & Degree, Marks sheets of Post graduation etc.) from recognized Institute/University, Income certificate for Economically Backward candidates in prescribed format (wherever applicable), Pension Payment Order, Discharge Certificate, Ex-serviceman book, Identity Card in case of Ex-Serviceman candidates clearly mentioning the reason of discharge & other details, PWD certificate in prescribed proforma issued by appropriate authority/ proper Medical Board in case of PWD candidates, Caste certificate, if any, alongwith self attested copies & three passport size colour photographs identical with the one pasted on application form.
  • Candidates are required to produce Caste certificate, if any, in the prescribed format (Please refer Centralized Employment Notice) for the posts under Government of India and OBC certificate with non-creamy layer certification should not be more than one year old from the date of Interview & Document verification. SC/ST/OBC candidates must also ensure that the address mentioned in their caste certificates must tally with the entries of permanent address made by them in their application forms.
  • Candidates must ensure that their name & name of their father in their original certificates must match with entries made in their application form otherwise candidates are required to submit relevant affidavit executed before Magistrate or Notary on required stamp papers stating that the referred person in certificate(s) is one and same on the date of verification.
  • In case of serving employee of Central Government or State Government or Public Sector Undertakings, No Objection Certificate (NOC) with all service particulars from the present employer clearly mentioning that there is no objection by them for releasing him/her, if finally selected, should be submitted.
  • It may be noted that merely calling a candidate for Interview & document verification does not in any way entitle him/her to an appointment in the Railways. The candidature of all the above mentioned candidates is purely provisional.

IMPORTANT: Beware of the touts who may misguide the candidates with false promises of getting them selected for the job on illegal consideration. The recruitment process in the RRB exams is fully computerized and the selection is based purely on the merit of candidates.
