Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the RITES Senior Technical Assistant position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Sc) with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/Electronics/Mechanical/Production/Production & Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical & Automobile Discipline from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Technology/Plastic Engineering Technology/Food/Textile/Leather Technology from a recognized university.

Application Fee and Documents
The application fee for General/OBC candidates is Rs. 300 + Taxes as applicable, while EWS/SC/ST/PWD candidates can apply with a fee of Rs. 100 + Taxes as applicable.
Candidates are advised to carefully fill in all the details required and ensure that they have all relevant documents available for submission at later stages of selection (if called).
Selection Process
The selection process consists of two phases:
- Phase I: Written Test – Candidates must appear for a written test as per the schedule and venue mentioned in their admit card.
- Phase II: Document Scrutiny – Based on the result of the written test, documents uploaded by candidates during submission of the online application form will be scrutinized by RITES Ltd.
